Location was excellent, everywhere within walking distance. On arrival, concierge parked my car (which was a great relief) removing any stress and hassle. Superb breakfast and the Piano Bar was very pleasant for an afternoon/evening drink. I used the gym twice, very well appointed (although no bottled water available). We had use of the Executive Lounge, which was a nice touch.

Excellent air conditioning, very good sized room, lovely beds, really lovely breakfast selection (including gluten-free options), location perfect for our needs. They allowed us to check-in early as well [however, see below for more information].

Location. Staff on phone were helpful trying assist with early check in. Ice machine and ice bucket were great. Two large beds in the twin room was fabulous.

The hotel is very well located in the central part of Cambridge, next door to Great Arcade shopping center. It can be accessed by a car and also very easily by a bus. In fact multiple bus lines stop in the nearest proximity of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is excellent and they never run out of space, just open another room. The bar is also very nice and provides food and drinks at decent proces.

Room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our movie night on big tv. I am pleased with my choice for family room. Lovely atmosphere and staff were friendly. Location is probably the best you can get if want to do shopping and explore Cambridge. I definitely would go back again.

Location, spacious apartment, complimentary bottle of wine and fruit basket in room. Executive lounge was nice, small snack’s before dinner. Shopping mall just behind the hotel!

Great location. You are in the centre but away from the noise. Breakfast was amazing. Loads of options to choose from. You also have a gym to use, which was ok. Pretty small so it can get crowded. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet during the night.

Hotel is well placed --- the reason we go there --- and breakfast is generous and offers an excellent choice.

Hotel was lovely. We arrived at the front of the hotel and was told they would drive our car to be parked which was very handy. Check in was great. Very friendly staff. She offered a complimentary glass of Processor on arrival which was lovely. Rooms were great and exactly what you need. View was wonderful and quiet for being right in the centre of town. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and for dietary needs. Hot and cold available. Only thing I would say about the breakfast was that it was a little over priced. Excellent stay and great city to explore.
